- First Quality yields 90% to 95% shall be realised on all types of products
- Delivery time after receipt of commercially clear order should be improved to maximum of 30 days
- Customer complaints should be Zero
- Atleast two continual improvements per quarter should be achieved in processes affecting quality in a year
